StatsXOmics

This website is about statistics and their application in genomics. I will present and discuss innovative methods to deal with scientific questions commonly encountered by practitioners in the multi-omics field. Differential gene expression analysis, statistical genetics association methods, or microbiome data analysis will be covered. The focus will be given to the understanding of statistical foundations behind these topics promoting good practices.
